West Elementary Before & After School Child Care EnrichmentOur West Elementary Before & After School Child Care Enrichment program not only provides children a safe place to stay before and/or after school, but also provides enrichment and learning opportunities. Caring teachers offer a wide range of activities that reinforce the curricula children are learning in their regular school classes. Centers that focus on art, music, math and dramatic play provide hours of fun and discovery. An after-school snack will be provided.
OPTION AND COSTS
Please click here to download the 2018/2018 Before & After School Child Care Enrichment Monthly Fee Schedule. Before and After School Child Care Enrichment programs are tuition-based and the cost depends upon the option chosen. Fees are based on a school calendar year's tuition and broken down into semi-monthly payments due on the first (1st) and fifteenth (15th) of each month. DHS or tribal assistance subsidies are accepted.
On some of the days when JPS district classes are not in session, parents can enroll their children in our Non-School Day Child Care Enrichment. In addition, we provide before school care for Collaboration Days. Please click here for dates and more information.
Drop off and pick up times are according to your own personal schedule between the hours of 6:30am to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday. Children are dismissed to their classes at the appropriate site starting time. The afternoon session begins following school dismissal and children must be picked up by 6:00pm.
West Elementary Before & After School Child Care Enrichment is located on the campus of Jenks West Elementary, Building C, Cafeteria.

HOW TO ENROLL
No incomplete enrollments will be accepted, therefore, please download and complete the following documents and bring with you to enroll (forms are also available in the JCE office):
1: Completed Child Care Enrollment Information
2: Completed Media Release / Handbook Agreement (click here to download a handbook)
3: Completed DHS Compliance File Notification (click on child's site below)
Grades K - 2 DHS Compliance File Notification
Grades 3 & 4 DHS Compliance Notification
DHS Notice to Parents (click here to read only)
4: Copy of Child’s Immunization Record(s)
5: Recent Photo of Child (clear headshot)
6: Signed Contract (you will be required to sign/date a contract in the office when you enroll)
7: Enrollment Fee of $50.00 per child with a maximum of $100.00 per family (non-refundable) (Cash, Check, Discover, MasterCard or Visa are accepted in the JCE Business Office only).
8: Completed Authorization of Recurring Credit Card Payments (optional)
